MEMBERS COMMITTEE 2023-2024
Mayhem is a members-led company, run by a group of dedicated Mayhemmers who form the Members Committee, and support the day to day running of the company. Each year, at our Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Committee for the following 12 months is elected by current members.
The 2024 AGM will take place on Friday 4th October at 7pm.

Company Chairperson (Grace Iglesias-Fernandez)
Acts as the primary spokesman for the company and manages the day to day running of the Members Council. The Company Manger is responsible for the Artistic Direction and longevity of the company and for maintaining consistency and quality across productions as well as overseeing the appointment of production teams. Responsible for managing the Mayhem Committee meetings and other day-to-day business functionalities, such as the show pitch process, box office logistics, bookings, etc. Support the Chairperson to uphold the society’s constitution and values. Business Manager (Emma Coffey)
Responsible for maintaining in good order the finances of the society, including reporting to the rest of the council and managing Mayhem’s financial and business strategy. Production Manager (Matt Bentley)
To lead on show selection process & manage the audition process to ensure fairness. Work with production & creative teams, and the production team liaison, to manage show schedule & progress. Manage scripts & scores for shows and manage the production & events calendar for the society. |
Members & Welfare Officer (Catherine 'Chiggins' Higgins)
To act as the named point of contact on the council for all member issues in regards to welfare. Responsible for data control and managing communications from members, old and new. Members Manager (Alex Johnston)
Responsible for Mayhem's relationship with members, ensuring a general focus on both recruitment and retention/renewal, including diversity and outreach. Manage the membership database and own membership subscription strategy. Marketing Manager (Nicola Jones)
Owns the society’s marketing strategy across all shows & events. Be responsible for marketing channels including, social accounts and email, and managing & distribution of the society’s communications. Be the guardians of the society’s brand & tone of voice across all channels. Fundraising & Events Manager (Rhiannon Goddard)
Responsible for the fundraising and social events strategy, as well as planning and coordination with sub committees of helpers. Working with production & creative teams, to understand fundraising requirements and to plan accordingly. General Member (Hannah Mckenna-Vickerstaff)
