Performance Times: 7.45pm (plus an additional 2pm matinee on Sat 23rd July) Performance Venue: Cannizaro Park, Wimbledon Mayhem's annual Shakespeare in the park returns this July with The Merry Wives of Windsor, a timeless comedy of romantic misdemeanours which sees the down on his cash and luck, Sir John Falstaff, attempt to hustle his way to an early retirement by seducing the wives of two wealthy men. Double-meanings, disguises and dirty laundry abound as the ladies in question, Mistress Page and Mistress Ford discover his tricks and decide to have a bit of fun of their own at Falstaff’s expense. Meanwhile, Mr Ford decides to use the opportunity to test his wife’s fidelity, and elsewhere in Windsor, the Pages' daughter Anne is pursued by three suitors, all three of whom are paying Mistress Quickly to help promote their cause. |

SEATING PLAN
Tickets are available to purchase in either the floor (rug), or chair areas. If selecting a rug area, please note that this is a 2 person area, and a ticket for one rug area will admit two people. Please bring your own rug/blanket.
Tickets for the chair areas are available to purchase on an individual, seat-by-seat basis. All seating is unallocated, located on a first-come, first-served basis. All members of your party are required to purchase an individual seat within the chair seating zones. Chairs are provided within this ticket price, however if you would prefer to bring your own chair you are welcome to do so.
ACCESSIBILITY
All performances will feature amplified sound. Wheelchair and accessible access can be arranged - please contact us in advance.
FOOD & DRINK
Picnics are welcome. A fully stocked bar, serving bottles of prosecco, wine, beer, cider, soft drinks, crisps and sweets, will also be available at every performance. We ask that you please take all rubbish with you when you leave the park.
TOILETS
Individual portaloo toilet facilities will be available for audience use, located to the rear of the seating area.
DOGS
Although allowed in Cannizaro Park, dogs will not be permitted within the Italian Gardens on performance days.
CANCELLATION
We will only cancel a performance if absolutely necessary due to adverse weather conditions.
